Welcome to Victoria Furniture House. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products.

1. Custom Orders

All custom furniture orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Delivery & Installation

We offer delivery and installation services within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery charges vary based on distance and order volume. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the furniture will fit through doors, staircases, and corridors.

3. Warranty & Returns

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our solid wood furniture comes with a limited warranty against structural defects. Due to the nature of natural materials, variations in wood grain and color are expected and are not considered defects. We do not accept returns on custom-made items.

4. Wood & Materials

Solid wood is a natural breathing material that expands and contracts with changes in humidity and temperature. Minor cracking or warping can occur and is part of the natural aging process of solid wood furniture. We recommend keeping furniture away from direct heat sources and extreme sunlight.
